Nelson Avenue Dental Office Policies
A few things people often ask....
-We are a "non-assignment" office, meaning payment for services is due the day of treatment. Our team will help submit your insurance forms, and you will be reimbursed by your insurance provider directly. Many insurance plans can pay you direct deposit within days of your treatment; please contact your provider to find out more.
-we accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard; no cheques, sorry.
-we can also accept E-transfers
-we do not offer payment plans
-payment is due in full at the time treatment is completed
-a deposit is taken for cases with laboratory work
-we do not price match or offer discounts
-we do require 48 hours of notice of a change of an appointment
-a cancellation fee/missed appointment fee of $100 applies if insufficient notice is given. Sorry!
-please call the office at (250) 354-4244 if you are having an acute dental problem and will will arrange an appointment.
-please call 911 if you are having a serious medical incident.
